- Providing Teamcenter Installation and Configuration support to our customers in Asia Pacific.
- Crafting OOTB Teamcenter Environment on Cloud for reproducing customer issues and resolving the same.
- Duplicating Customer issues and providing detailed documentation to Product Development for further investigation and resolution, in case of product issues.
- May need to work on weekends to support our premium customers.
- Mentoring Junior Team Members.
- Timely resolution of issues and handling customer escalations.
- Ability to identify problems, generate solutions, and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
- Documenting FAQ, and knowledge base content for consumption by users.
