Sprinklr Recruitment 2022 – Job Description:
▪︎ Applications are welcome from the candidates for the post of Custom Developer.
Job Responsibilities :
- Delivering integration projects within defined scope and time by leveraging Sprinklr Connectors. job4it
- Provided guidance to customers who are implementing solutions using the Sprinklr API
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders in a highly complex technical environment.
- Provide solutions using creative problem solving, technical expertise and strong understanding of underlying business requirements and best practices
- Write proof-of-concept applications using available SDKs and APIs
- Analyze API requests/responses and assist product and documentation teams in identifying gaps in the documentation.
- Work closely with the Product Support, Customer Success, Client Services and Development teams to resolve application issues and plan for changes, upgrades, enhancements and new customer provisioning.
- Follow industry trends and developments to provide new ideas and recommendations on processes and products.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduation from Tier-1 Engineering Colleges with 0- 1 years experience gained as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technical Consultant or similar.
Preferred skill :
- Working knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language such as: Java, Javascript, Node.js, Python.
- Proficiency with data exchanges and APIs.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to engage with stakeholders at executive to entry levels.
- High level of comfort with a variety of data stores including relational databases and modern NoSQL databases.
- Proactive and quick learner.
- Enjoy coding / scripting to automate infrastructure and application management tasks
- Strong team player showing keen interest in taking on new challenges.
- Desire to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
