Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
7 years of relevant experience in tech consulting, financial planning and analysis, or investment banking analysis roles
3 years of experience writing SQL and working with datasets
Responsibilities
As a Business Performance Manager, you will work in a team focused around improving our intelligence and narrative building and help us scale for the future
Produce deep insights on the Global Cloud business performance and present actions/programs to improve performance (Pipeline, Health Indicators) for the short and long-term
Support executive leadership on regular and recurring business performance reviews (e.g., business forecasts, QBCs) and drive insights within the region that influence strategic plans and execution
Share best practices with other regional/global Google Business Operations teams
Engage in ad-hoc analyses to understand business performance/user metrics, KPI’s and provide concise summaries and recommendations to management

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
