Roles & Responsibilities:
Answers questions from the customer.
Communicate with the customer in real-time.
Provide updates on the status of the order.
Assist the customer with any issues they have with their orders, products, or services.
Answer any questions about the company’s policies and procedures.
Handling multiple chats/queries on live chat channel.
Eligibility:
Excellent communications skills (Verbal and written).
Minimum 6 months of chat experience (Mandatory).
Undergraduate can apply.
Typing speed should be 30 WPM & 90% accuracy.
Handle multiple chat at a time.
Location: Pune, Hinjewadi.
Salary:
3.00lpa – 4.70lpa (Approx.).
Facility:
Both side cab (Hiring zone).
NOTE: Immediate joiner (Preferred), we can consider max 15-day notice period.
